DIRECTOR (NO CD REQUIRED)
1.
Include a stamped, self addressed #10 business envelope
for notification of the jury's decision.
2.Include
a completed and signed entry form. Sale price or NFS (not
for sale) must be clearly indicated on the entry.
3. No change in
price will be permitted for accepted work. Work submitted
as POR (price on request) will be noted as NFS.
4.
Postmarked on or before July
19, 2008 - entries
postmarked after July
19 will not be
eligible.
5.
Members who enter work not in their designated medium
categoy will be subject to a CD jury.
6.
Only first-class mail will be
accepted. No express mail, special delivery or certified
mail will be accepted if a signature is required.
7.
Any two-dimensional work exceeding 44" (framed) will
not be accepted.
8.
Any sculpture exceeding 24"x 24"x 36" or
over 200 lbs and any relief in excess of 24" in any
direction cannot be accepted. Hydrocal and Fired Clay
are Acceptable Materials.
9.
Digital art, photocopies and photography are not eligible
for submission in any category.
10.
No art work that has been accepted and shown in any previous
Audubon Artists exhibt shall be entered again. Any work
discovered will not be eligible for awards and will be
removed from the show.
11.
Any former member with unpaid dues will be assessed that
amount against any monetary prize.
12.
Sales commission of 20% to Audubon Artists, Inc. on all
sales related to the exhibition will be deducted from
the sales price.

LIABILITY: All reasonable
care will be taken with slides and works of art. Neither
Audubon Artists Inc., The Salmagundi Art Club, nor anyone
connected with the exhibition will be responsible for
loss or damage, however caused. Audubon Artists Inc.,
retains the worldwide right to reproduce, distribute,
alter, perform and display images of the accepted work
on our Website and in our Prospectus. Your entry into
the exhibition constitutes your irrevocable agreement
to these terms and conditions.
