2. #10 SASE - (Self Addressed stamped envelope) for notice of acceptance/rejection (no accepted artwork will be exhibited unless the $35 Installation Fee is satisfied prior to receiving day; payable to Audubon Artists Inc. And mailed to the Medium Director.)
3. Digital CD - only one... JPEG format of 300 dpi resolution not to exceed width of height of 800 pixels (CD will NOT be returned)... Entering a different medium category is subject to a jury reviewed by CD)
4. Label CD - PRINT-Name: address; tel #; title; medium & dimentions (sculptors may submit one or two different view of entered work.)
5. All works must be For Sale and price must clearly be stated on entry; NFS & POR are unacceptable; No change in price will be permitted for accepted work.
6. Any two-dimensional work exceeding 44'' (framed) will not be accepted.
7. Any sculpture exceeding 30" wide x 30" deep x 40" high or over 200 lbs. and any relief in excess of 36" in any direction cannot be accepted. Hydrocal and Fired Clay are Acceptable Materials. Small sculptures must be secured by the artist for display. Sculptors could provide own pedestals or request from Audubon Artists by contacting: Evelyn Floret, Sculpture Director, 8 East 83rd. 8. Any art work previously exhibited with Audubon Artists may not be resubmitted..
9. Any former member with unpaid dues will be assessed that amount at registration or against monetary prize.
10. Sales commission of 30% to Audubon Artists, Inc. on all sales related to the exhibition will be deducted from the sales price.
11. Computer-generated art, photography or class work will not be accepted.
12. Only first class mail will be accepted. No express mail, special delivery or certified mail will be accepted if signature is required.
13. The Audubon Artists Gold Medal of Honor cannot be awarded to the same artist in a consecutive year but allowed in subsequent year
14. Do not phone or send mail to the Salmagundi club. No art work should be shipped directly to the salmagundi club...use a designated shipper.

Neither Audubon Artists Inc., The Salmagundi Art Club, nor anyone connected with the exhibition will be responsible for loss or damage, however caused. Audubon Artists Inc., retains the worldwide right to reproduce, distribute, alter, perform and display images of the accepted work on our Website and in our Prospectus. Your entry into the exhibition constitutes your irrevocable agreement to these terms and conditions.
