All contribution towards the upcoming annual exhibition must be received 90 days prior to the exhibition date for inclusion.

Thank you for your generosity in this matter.

Through 1991 our expenses have continued to increase. Rising costs for the annual gallery rental, postage for mailings, the higher costs for prospectus and catalogue printing, office rent, advertisement, stationary, reproduction necessities, and other matters pertaining to the everyday operation of our organization have taken their toll on our funds. Obviously, monetary Awards have become an attraction for artists to participate in the Annual Audubon Artists exhibition. They stimulate and entice and contribute to the success of these shows. Our current exhibition has gotten off to a good start. We have already received an initial seven hundred requests for information on our prospectus. In spite of the difficulty of the times, Audubon Artists continues to appeal to artists nationwide. As we have in the past, we hope to go on providing visibility to the artist of the future.

This section is an attempt to reinforce our Awards. We are looking for contributions. We want to strengthen our position and persist in offering artists high caliber exhibitions worthy of individual efforts.

Your generous contributions are needed to assist us in this effort. Whether for operating expenses or to establish a new award, this contribution will be acknowledged in the Catalogue. Remember, your contribution is tax-deductible.

All contributions to Audubon Artists, incorporated under the laws of the State of New York, are fully tax-exempt. Should you wish to make a donation for operating expenses, establish an Awards Fund in memory of a loved one, or lease assets by will, consult your accountant and/or attorney regarding the current Federal and State tax laws. We graciously accept bequests from various estates.
